In competitive sports (where I’ve spent much of my life), a coach helps you with your goals and path towards them, and the coaching relies on the coaches experience and independent perspective.  It’s the same in business: we work together to get you and your business where you want it to be.

Benefits of coaching happen usually when the client makes a weekly or bi-weekly commitment for a series of months.   We make the commitment together and the reflections, reactions and adjustments you make happen in the regular course of work.

The only way to know is to talk about what’s happening and how to be the best version of yourself as a small business leader.

Realizing benefits from coaching requires time, adjustments and attention from both of us.  That’s why we commit to sessions together over time, either weekly or bi-weekly – your choice with either package.

Ten 90-minute sessions cost $7000 and five 90-minute sessions cost $3750.  I’m not just an appointment on your calendar, I’m a resource, so we are in touch between our set times to see how the project is faring, if the change in approach we discussed for your client worked well, and whatever else happens.

One of the strengths of coaching is that I have an outside perspective.  Most businesses have many common components, and we can combine my outsider’s experience with any specific industry knowledge that will help us make decisions and improve.

An Exploratory Call is a free, 45-minute scheduled talk for us to meet, find out what’s happening, and see how we fit.  You can schedule one here.  This is part of the Concierge Advisory and the Three Month Advisory.

By the end of the call, it’s usually clear whether we want to move forward together or if I can find other sources to help you.  I’m easy to talk to and there’s no hard sell.  (I hate that.)

Discovery Call is our first official call after payment, where we discuss how we are going to move forward and what we are going to address.  This is part of the Concierge Advisory and the Three Month Advisory.

A Single Support Call doesn’t need any exploration or setup – it’s for a single issue where you think my experience can help find a solution.  The Advisory programs are ongoing, more expansive work that deals with many issues over time.

The difference between the two programs is access and depth.

The Concierge Advisory is a more involved, bespoke and deeper program than the Three Month Advisory, where the latter may be more suited to needs that are simpler to deal with and take less time.

A good analogy is home renovation.  The Three Month Advisory is closer to simple renovation, and while we are making changes, the changes don’t involve the scale and significance that the Concierge Advisory does.
