How does the Three Month Advisory work?

Exploratory Call: You can book an exploratory call here without charge. We talk, discuss what’s happening, get a feel for how we fit, and decide to work together.

Decision: To go forward, you arrange secure payment and we pick a start date.

Discovery Call: This is our first call, it marks the start of our weekly discussions and the start of the three months.

  • Definition of the challenges you’d like to address
  • Goals coordinated with needs and challenges
  • We identify what success looks like

Weekly Work:

  • Three month engagement of regular weekly calls
  • We stay in informal contact via text and email between our regular meetings
  • I help with achievable accountability and also serve as support
  • Homework: reading, questions, and/or things to execute occurs during the three months.
  • Mutual decisions on how and what to be accountable for, and in relation to your goals and roadblocks – and I help with accountability.

It’s up to you what we tackle – business values, purpose, mission, employees, partners, investors, business direction and everything in between is possible – and our discussions will bring out what is most important, and we will follow any thread that improves your ability to travel your own path.

Let’s keep in mind that you may be responding to something akin to a fire alarm.  We don’t need to deal with the alarm itself, but the fire that is triggering it.

Pricing

One of the most important criteria for a successful coaching relationship is fit between coach and client.  We start every relationship with a no-cost Exploratory Call to determine how we relate and what schedule works for both of us.

The Three Month Advisory costs $6,000 for three months, paid before we start and you will be able to purchase the Three Month Advisory with a secure link after we determine fit and schedule.

Positive progress is an amazing (and profitable) feeling and you can extend the advisory by subscription on a monthly basis and stop  any time.

Three months is the shortest period to make true progress which requires us to commit time and effort together.

I will not share anything from our coaching, publicly or privately, and I’m happy to sign an NDA for sensitive topics that require one.

I’m also happy to speak to others in your business if we both agree that doing so would help make progress with certain goals.  Alternatively, our coaching relationship can be entirely between us, with no one having any awareness of it, even if someone were to ask me directly.  It’s your choice.
