Reorganizing Indoor Sport Services
As a distributor and reseller of fitness products, Indoor Sport Services (ISS) is a small but vibrant business in the UK. As an advisor to the business, I helped them with the transition from distributor of an American brand to manufacturer of that brand in the UK and EU, assisting the expansion of the sales on the continent and the Middle East.
Additionally, I helped reorganize the staff:
- Interviewed virtually the entire company
- Compiled unwritten workflows and procedures
- Added, deleted, changed and streamlined workflows for efficiency and profit improvement
- Re-assigned employees to roles according to their interests, talents, and company need.1
- Wrote employees job descriptions to make workflow more efficient, profitable and understandable.
