How does Concierge Advisory work?

Exploration call: This is where it all starts.  Book a no-cost exploratory call here so we can discuss what’s happening, get a feel for how we fit, and decide if we want to work together.  I’m easy to talk to, there’s no hard sell, and I will probably be able to help if we don’t move forward.

On-demand access: You can call or message me at any time, and I’ll return your call with a couple of hours or usually faster.

Decision: If we decide to work together, you arrange payment through a secure link.

  • We choose a start date for our first discussion
  • I send you individualized questions to answer before our first discussion

Discovery call: This is our first scheduled call, and it marks the start of our regular discussions.

  • We exchange private contact and preferred methods to communicate
  • Discuss your answers to the individualized form
  • Definition of the challenges you’d like to address
  • Identify future desired state in different aspects of your business
  • Agree on the first actions to make progress

Structure:

  • We uncover the problems and structure that are underneath the challenges you face
  • Develop framework that coordinates goals with needs and challenges
  • Together we create a structure and process that enables your business to grow

Weekly work:

  • We have regular weekly 60-minute discussions in addition to whatever we discuss as demands dictate.
  • I help with achievable accountability and also serve as support – we look at the ongoing tasks, successes and failures
  • Homework: reading, questions, and/or things to execute when beneficial
  • Mutual decisions on how and what to be accountable for, and in relation to your goals and roadblocks – and I help with accountability
  • Always leave the discussion with clear action steps

It’s up to you what and when we tackle things – business values, purpose, mission, employees, partners, investors, business direction and everything in between is possible – and our discussions will bring out what is most important, and we will follow any thread that improves your ability to travel your own path.

Concierge Advisory starts at $7,500/month.

Confidentiality & Guarantee

I am your coach and I work for you.

I will not share anything from our coaching, publicly or privately, and I’m happy to sign an NDA for sensitive topics that require one.

I’m also happy to speak to others in your business if we both agree that doing so would help make progress with certain goals.  Alternatively, our coaching relationship can be entirely between us, with no one having any awareness of it, even if someone were to ask me directly.  It’s your choice.

If you decide that the Weekly Advisory is not for you after the first discussion, I will refund your money, no questions asked.  You may also cancel the monthly charge at any time after the first month or change to the Weekly Advisory.
